At Second Shift Finance, we strive to deliver high-quality coaching services that provide real value to our clients. Because time is reserved in advance and preparation is involved, the following refund policy applies:
Coaching Sessions

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Digital Products
All sales of digital downloads, templates, or guides are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed or delivered.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or reschedule a session, please contact us at marshall@secondshiftfinance.com with your name, appointment date, and reason for cancellation.
